为什么谷胱甘肽+硫辛酸能够解酒精毒?


在酒精的代谢过程中,会产生一种比酒精本身毒性更高的物质——乙醛。当酒精在肝脏中被一种称为醇脱氢酶的酶分解时,就会生成乙醛。接着,乙醛又会被另一种酶乙醛脱氢酶及另一种物质谷胱甘肽分解。如果肝脏内的谷胱甘肽不足,那就很容易醉倒了。
