为什么有人服用综合性纤维素过后,会感觉腹胀?


纤维素接触水分后就会发胀,所以如果逗留在肠道的时间久了,就会一直有饱腹感或胀满感,这是正常的现象。至于那些承受着慢性便秘的患者,肠道蠕动缓慢或无力蠕动,因此发胀后的纤维素难以顺利排出,久了就会有胀满的不适感。建议这类型的患者,先从小分量开始服用,并增加益生菌的服用量,强化肠道蠕动力。待肠道能够正常操作后,再服用普通分量。


为什么服用综合性纤维素后,并没有排宿便?


首先,必须理解宿便的原意,即躲在肠道超过一天的粪便。有些人的宿便很多,有些人的宿便较少,因人而异。有些人的宿便刚好在肠道的同一个位置,排出时就能看到一大串的宿便;有些人的宿便则在肠道各处,所以常常会混在日常粪便中,难以被察觉。无论看见宿便与否,最重要的就是整体病情的改善,那才是大家应该关心的项目,不必拘泥于有没有“大条”的宿便。
